My Approach

My approach, which is very different than that of traditional therapy, is to enter your energetic body and ask it to reveal the best pathway to heal. (Seriously? Yes, seriously. But with a good sense of humor.)

In this mode, I do not have access to your conscious mind, but can query your subconscious and use kinesiological testing to ascertain if the answer is affirmative or negative. Whether the dis-ease is physical, emotional or spiritual, the subconscious knows how to heal, and is always happy to guide you back to health.

Are you thinking, “what???? How is that possible??”

If so, you’re in good company. That is most people’s initial reaction, including mine. But having healed clients with the most mystifying medical and psychological challenges, I can assure you that it is radically effective.

How does it work?

I begin each session by inviting your energetic body to map onto my physical being. Just like light, sound and heat waves move as we direct them, so can the individual energetic body—a mind-bending thought they don’t teach in school.

Once I am “in” your energy field, my body answers all questions just as your body would, and we begin.

If your pain is emotional, spiritual or existential, I direct your subconscious to pinpoint past memories that are unresolved, either from this life or inherited epigenetically from previous generations. (And given that I work in Israel, post Holocaust trauma is common even in 2nd and 3rd generations.) Once identified, we release the emotional vibrancy of those memories so they no longer obfuscate the present.

If your goal is to treat a physical pain, ailment or disease, I utilize the same technique, but the pathway to healing generally targets one or more of the body’s twelve interconnected physiological systems.

treatment FAQs

Treatment generally lasts three to fifteen sessions of 45 minutes each.

Over the course of treatment you will find yourself more and more able to experience life in the present as joyful, abundant, and full of possibility.

The emotional release of memories is usually felt in real time, although it is not uncommon for the release to take a few days as the conscious brain works through how to res-shelve a memory once it has been neutered of its emotional volatility.

The release of limiting beliefs often take a few weeks to fully permeate the conscious brain.

Physical pain generally dissipates at the time of release or within a few days or weeks, depending on the injury.

how do we find happiness?

This is a question that we all ask ourselves at some point in our lives, and especially when things are not going well.

We’d like to believe that happiness lies in the external world: in a larger house, beautiful possessions, a better job, the newest apps, toys or gadgets, or the perfection of our own physical form. We turn to our loved ones and expect them to make us happy, and yet so often they, like our material pursuits, fall short. Why?

The secret (the deeper reality, the one hidden from our view), is that our experience of the physical world is a mirror of our internal reality. Possessions can bring us physical comfort and aesthetic pleasure, but experiences of awe, joy, peace, gratitude, contentment and love are what generate true happiness.

The more access we have to these emotions, the more we experience happiness. Conversely, the more our daily life experience includes physical pain, limiting beliefs about ourself or the world, or heavy emotions like depression, anxiety, anger, guilt or shame, the more occluded our access to the state we collectively call “happiness”.

Thus, if we want to find happiness, we have to start by looking inside. What past experiences linger in our subconscious? Can we locate the events in our life that have generated physical pain, limiting , or negative emotions, and process these moments so they no longer impact on our present reality?

That is the work that I help you do.
